There are 3 ways to vote early

 

  1. At the Cumberland County Board of Elections from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on October 30, 301 E. Russell Street Phone: 910-678-7733 Fax: 910-678-7738.
  2. At any of these three community locations during early voting from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. October 30.

    1. No excuse needed. Hand write the words, *Please send me an absentee ballot for the November 2, 2010 General Election* on a card or letter.
    2. Add your name and address (the address to which the ballot should be sent), your date of birth, telephone number, and, if you have one, your e-mail address.
    3. You MUST sign your name.
    4. Mail to: Cumberland County Board of Elections, 301 E. Russell Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301
    5. You will be sent an official absentee ballot with complete instructions for filling it out and sending it back.
