There are 3 ways to vote early
At the Cumberland County Board of Elections from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on October 30, 301 E. Russell Street Phone: 910-678-7733 Fax: 910-678-7738.
At any of these three community locations during early voting from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. October 30.

Vote by mail
No excuse needed. Hand write the words, *Please send me an absentee ballot for the November 2, 2010 General Election* on a card or letter.
Add your name and address (the address to which the ballot should be sent), your date of birth, telephone number, and, if you have one, your e-mail address.
You MUST sign your name.

You will be sent an official absentee ballot with complete instructions for filling it out and sending it back.
